All you need to do is bring your holder to an IQOS store, and our experts will carry out a professional complete service – they will perform an aerosol flow test, thoroughly clean the device, make sure that its software is up to date, and replace the cap free of charge if necessary.
How long does it take to perform IQOS complete service in an IQOS store?
The IQOS complete service is free of charge and takes no more than 30 minutes. It was designed to help keep the device in optimal condition for longer to deliver consistent tobacco flavor.
During the complete service, our experts will first check your device with special equipment for the amount of aerosol during use. The test will be performed before and after professional cleaning to confirm the permeability of the holder and of the cap, and the ability of the device to generate the right amount of aerosol.
The IQOS expert will also diagnose your device and update the software for optimal operation of the holder or charger when needed. Like many modern devices, IQOS also uses software. The technology is responsible for its efficiency, such as battery life.

How do I take care of my IQOS holder on my own?
Taking care of your device does not require much time, and may help keep the device in optimal condition. Just follow these steps:
1. Wait at least 30 seconds for the blade to cool down before starting the cleaning process. Remove the cap and lightly tap the holder. That way, you will get rid of tobacco residue.
2. Carefully insert the IQOS Cleaning Tool into the end of the heating chamber and rotate it gently 2-3 times in one direction. Remove the cleaning tool without rotating it and then tap the device again to get rid of any tobacco residue.
3. Use IQOS cleaning sticks to remove tobacco residue from the holder and the cap; be careful when cleaning the blade area.
