How are shipments delivered?

Products shall be delivered free of charge via courier to the address indicated in the order. Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. If we receive your order before 4:00 p.m., it will be sent the same day.

Product return within 60 days. Does this option apply to all devices?

Yes, we offer as many as 30 days for return when purchasing any IQOS or lil SOLID 2.0 device in our online store. You can return the products you purchased and send them back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order, without providing a reason. You can return the product free of charge via DHL courier or InPost parcel lockers - details on the return policy can be found here.
