You can conveniently return a device or accessories ordered on IQOS.com within 30 days. The return procedure is very easy, and the return is free of charge. You can return items via DHL or InPost. Below you’ll find out how to do it step by step.

How to return an order placed in the IQOS.com online store?

The device you received does not meet your expectations for some reason? Use your right to return goods free of charge. You have as many as 30 days to return ordered items. Our online store enables three forms of free-of-charge return of goods purchased via the online store.
 

Return without leaving home – DHL courier

In your parcel, you can find a return form and a return label. In order to return a parcel via DHL courier, go to dhl24.com.pl/zwroty. Enter the return parcel number from the label provided and confirm the return. Next, add the address at which the courier is to collect the parcel. Stick the return label onto the parcel. If you send goods in the same package in which they were delivered, remember to apply the new label in place of the old one.

Return via InPost parcel locker

Returning parcels via InPost parcel locker is also a very easy procedure. On szybkiezwroty.pl select IQOS.com from the store list and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. During the process of registering the return, you will be asked to provide the order number. You can find it in the ORDER HISTORY section after logging in to your user account at IQOS.com.

To send back the parcel via InPost, you will not need a return label. With a parcel prepared, go to the selected parcel locker and post it according to the InPost instructions.

Return at DHL point

You can post a parcel with goods you want to return at a DHL delivery point, as well. These include, among others, Żabka, Biedronka, or InMedio Press Kiosks in your neighborhood. You can find the list of such points on the DHL website. In order to prepare a parcel for return, go to dhl24.com.pl/zwroty. Enter a parcel number from the return label delivered to you with your parcel. Select the return a parcel option and fill in the form. Stick the return label on the parcel and post it in the DHL point of your choice.

Is there a possibility to return items at an IQOS store?

At IQOS stores, you can only return products purchased there.
