You can do that by following these few simple steps:
- Select the product that you want to purchase. You can also select a larger quantity of that product.
- Add selected products to your shopping cart.
- Time to complete the order. Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
- So far you were able to proceed without logging in.
Now is the time when we ask you to log in. - You will be presented with a screen showing the summary of your order. Check to make sure that everything is in order. At this stage you are still able to remove an accidentally added product from the shopping cart (“Remove product” option) or change the quantity of products being ordered.
- Do you have a discount code? Enter it now in an appropriate field.
- Click “Proceed to Payment” to proceed with your order.
- Confirm all information concerning the delivery and select the payment method.
- Click “Pay” to complete the ordering process.
Products have now been ordered. What's next?
After placing an order, you will receive two e-mails from IQOS.com:
- order summary and payment confirmation,
- an e-mail with a link that will allow you to track and monitor the status of your parcel.

How to change or cancel an order?
- Remember to always thoroughly check products being added to the order in the shopping cart at the order summary stage.
- An order that has already been placed can no longer be changed or cancelled.
- You can also refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery.
- If you accept the parcel, you can send it back to us free of charge using the provided return label.
